A Day in the Life of the Coordinator

Hello my name is Paula Perkins and I have been the Coordinator for the Collin County TXGenWeb since it’s inception in April 1996. It is an honor to Volunteer and assist people searching for their Collin County ancestors. All of the TXGenWeb Coordinators donate their time to make searching for ones family a little easier. I have several direct lines that arrived in Collin County at various time periods. This website will grow as Volunteers transcribe records for the Collin County records and Cemeteries. If you are a Boy or Girl Scout working towards a Genealogy Merit badge or working towards Eagle or Gold please contact me or one of the listed individuals that will give you direction on how to get started.

I gladly will answer questions pertaining to Collin County, however I DO NOT take personal research requests. Volunteers do lookups as a courtesy for individuals seeking information on their ancestors.
